It's currently summertime here in my country and whenever summer comes around, we have to get ready for 40+°C temperature all throughout the season. Yesterday was especially hot bc it was suppose to rain but it didn't.

I woke up with a massive headache, didn't mind it at first but it became worse by lunchtime. I was about to cook our lunch when I decided to drink Paracetamol bc I was alr feeling nauseous. Few mins later, my heart was suddenly beating so fast and I was havung cold sweats. I sat down & drank water, when it didnt get better, I ate a piece of bread and that seemed to work. I was so nervous!!! I thought I was going to faint! Or die of heat stroke or something (it's a very common cause of death here during summertime). I rested for 30 mns but got up to resume cooking lunch. The rest of the day went on smoothly.

However, I woke up again today with a headache lol i aint worrying tho all is good
